Job summary

Connect2H&F is seeking an EHC Coordinator to deliver high-quality, legally compliant Education, Health and Care services for children and young people aged 0-25 with SEND. The role involves managing a caseload and acting as the main contact for families and professionals throughout the EHC process.

The postholder will coordinate needs assessments, annual reviews and statutory casework, gather and interpret professional advice, and produce EHCPs while working in close partnership with schools,

Qualifications

• Experience managing SEND casework
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Commitment to positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHC needs assessments, annual reviews and statutory casework
• Ensure all activities are completed within statutory timescales
• Gather, analyse and interpret advice from education, health and social care services to produce EHCPs
• Lead multi-agency meetings and maintain effective relationships with families, schools and professionals
• Support resolution of concerns, complaints, mediation and tribunal processes
• Maintain child-centred and solution-focused practice and balance priority work in a fast-paced environment
