  4. Become a leading member of our Environmental Social Governance team.
  5. Create ideas and organize engaging experiences for colleagues, including monthly team-building days.
  6. Collaborate with our Brand and Content team to develop an effective internal communications strategy.
  7. Manage our internal communication tools and spaces.
  8. Review and optimize our office space for our people.
  9. Establish and maintain relationships with community and charitable partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have work experience at an HR Advisor level, with knowledge of relevant legislation and governance. You will also be:

  1. A confident communicator and people person.
  2. Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  3. Sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, and able to handle confidential information.
  4. Highly computer literate, with proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
  5. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Benefits

We support our people with benefits including 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, hybrid working, healthcare apps, and two charity volunteering days. If you're passionate about making the world around us a better place, we invite you to join us.
