Lawyers Online is a specialist law firm based in Broadway, offering property legal advice across the United Kingdom. We work with every lender and are familiar with all their procedures and documentation requiring witnessing, signing, and certifying.

Role Description

We are seeking a solicitor to provide independent legal advice for property transactions. The successful candidate should be comfortable using Zoom for meetings via our automated booking system and possess a certain level of IT competence.

Types of Independent Legal Advice

Residential and Commercial property, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans requiring a solicitor’s certification. This includes director’s guarantees, JBSPs, TR1s, ID1s & ID5s, and commercial transactions such as cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.

Role Particulars

1. Full-time On-Site: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
2. Holidays: 4 weeks
3. NQ + 2 years ideally, but not essential
4. Property experience preferred but not essential
