Join a leading coffee company as a Category Manager EMEA, where you'll develop strategic plans and optimize portfolios while working cross-functionally. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success and brand consistency across the EMEA market.
As a Category Manager, you are confident in articulating business needs and enjoy challenging both internal and external stakeholders. Your remit would be to develop and implement effective strategic and operational plans for Starbucks retail coffee, Starbucks Reserve, and other lobby categories across all ownership models in the EMEA market. The purpose of this role is to lead the development of brand-consistent, consumer-led, and commercially effective plans, best practices, portfolio, and standards.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident in working cross-functionally. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial analysis. Additionally, you will keep abreast of industry trends and insights.
