Join to apply for the Category Manager EMEA role at Starbucks EMEA.

This role involves developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for Starbucks retail coffee, Starbucks Reserve, and other categories across all ownership models in the EMEA market. The goal is to lead the development of brand-consistent, consumer-led, and commercially effective plans, best practices, portfolio, and standards.

Key responsibilities include working cross-functionally to develop and optimize the portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial analysis while staying informed on industry trends and insights.

As our next Category Manager EMEA, you will contribute to our mission to be the premium purveyor of the finest coffee in the world, inspiring and nurturing the human spirit—one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

The Key Requirements
  • Portfolio / Brand management experience, preferably in FMCG and/or Retail industry
  • Deep affinity with product, packaging, and innovation
  • Experience in leading product, category, or brand strategies, operational business plans, and implementing large initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Strong commercial skills, including data analysis and sales insights
  • Experience in leading product development projects and influencing NPD from insight to launch within a branded business
