Our client is a well-known and respected HVAC contractor with a nationwide presence across the UK, supporting over 130 employees and generating a turnover exceeding £20M. They operate in sectors including commercial, healthcare, industrial, and education, offering installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment such as air conditioning, chillers, AHUs, ventilation, and commercial heating.

The successful candidate will manage a P&L of approximately £1.3M, oversee service and maintenance operations, ensure client satisfaction, lead a team of mobile engineers, and drive continuous improvement and client relationship growth to secure contract extensions and remedial works. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance and controlling costs.
Ideal candidates will be stable, committed, driven, and commercially astute, with proven experience in HVAC technical mastery, management, leadership, client relationships, and P&L control.
