The successful candidate will oversee a P&L of approximately £1.3M, managing service and maintenance operations within their designated area. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, managing a team of mobile engineers, driving service quality and productivity, maintaining and growing client relationships, and monitoring financial performance and cost control.
Ideal candidates will be stable, committed, driven, and commercially astute, with proven experience in HVAC technical mastery, management, leadership, client relations, and P&L control.
