WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Data Modelling: Design and maintain efficient data models to support scalable and performant dashboards.
• Data Visualisation: Build impactful Power BI reports that drive business insight.
• Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and business users to meet their reporting needs.
• Data Quality: Ensure data visual outputs reflect clean, trusted sources.
• Enablement: Contribute to internal data literacy initiatives by guiding users on best use of dashboards.
• Dashboard performance and adoption.
• Accuracy of business reporting outputs.
• Timeliness of dashboard delivery.
• User satisfaction and feedback.
• Contribution to data literacy and enablement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficiency in Power BI including DAX and Power Query (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of data modelling best practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database structures.
• Experience working with stakeholders to deliver self-serve dashboards.
• Knowledge of UX principles and visual best practices.
