Position: Power Platform Engineer
Type: Permanent

Location: London - Canary Wharf

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

Work Model: After passing a 3-month probation, hybrid model with approximately 2 days in-office and 3 days remote, flexible for meetings.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer skilled in Power BI and Power Apps. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into efficient solutions to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain data solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, to enhance data accessibility and automate business processes.
2. Work with business teams to understand their data needs, processes, and procedures, identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
3. Collaborate with data engineers to define data requirements, ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
4. Educate IT and business teams on the correct usage of Power Platform solutions and support their adoption through technical guidance and documentation.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (3+ years) in an enterprise environment as an Engineer, Developer, or similar role working with Power Platform.
• Strong skills in Power BI and Power Apps.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with data quality, security, and compliance best practices.
