LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a Resourcing Coordinator to join their Workforce Planning & Organisational Development team. At Stirling Council, our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people in overcoming the challenges we face. As Resourcing Coordinator, you will support the Resourcing Adviser in the co-ordination of end-to-end recruitment process for a range of internal and external vacancies, ensuring an excellent service is provided to our recruiting managers and to provide an outstanding candidate experience for applicants and new employees. You will coordinate and carry out activities related to the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and preparation for new employees starting in their role.

We are looking for an individual with experience of planning and coordinating recruitment campaigns, with strong organisational skills and Foundation membership of CIPD. You will have a good understanding and appreciation of the importance of an outstanding candidate and new employee experience, with a desire to continuously improve this. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite, be a confident digital user and have a curiosity to explore the opportunities that digital can bring to the team and the organisation.
