Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to work at Aurora Cedars School in Wolverhampton. This is a part-time, permanent role, working three days a week during term time. The salary is to be confirmed, and the role involves supporting children with ASC/SEMH needs, some of whom require speech and language support.

The Aurora Group provides education and care for children, young people, and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. Aurora Cedars School offers bespoke education for pupils aged 5- to 18, with a focus on communication and speech therapy.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of assessment and intervention plans, manage a small caseload, and contribute to staff training and consultation. The role requires a nurturing individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
• Professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent
