Job description

Job title: Nutritional Therapist

Reports to: Head of Nutrition

Contract: 12 month maternity contract

Salary: £RANGE

Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Unlike 95% of the supplement market, Food-Grown ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. Better recognised, better absorbed, better retained.

Nutritional Therapist Maternity Cover

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nutritional Therapist/Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with expertise in women's health and supplement recommendations to join our growing Nutrition team on a full-time, maternity cover basis.

This role involves showcasing your nutritional expertise through brief telephone or video consultations. Extensive clinical experience in women’s health and supplementation is essential, with the ability to quickly translate advice on supplements, diet, and lifestyle during short client interactions. You should be comfortable providing safe, compassionate, and practical guidance, and recommending supplements from our catalogue of Food-Grown options.

This is a remote, home-based position, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Lewes, East Sussex. Flexibility with working hours is highly desirable, especially for those preferring later start and finish times, and occasional Saturday work.

The ideal candidate will enjoy customer interaction via video consultations, possess excellent independent working skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to support our Customer Care and wider teams.

At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. We provide a rewarding career in a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and well-being. Your work will help shape our future and contribute to our mission of empowering women’s health through science-backed supplements.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Providing nutritional consultations via video and telephone.
  2. Responding to customer emails with concise and professional communication.
  3. Representing the organisation at online and in-person events.

Demonstrated confidence and exceptional interpersonal skills, along with consultation expertise, are essential.

  • Experience with Food-Grown products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with functional testing related to female health.
  • Retail or commercial experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using social media to promote expertise and brand awareness.
  • Experience delivering educational talks is beneficial.
  • Must hold up-to-date insurance and professional memberships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and efficiency skills.

Benefits

  • Time allocated annually for volunteering with a charity of your choice.
  • Latest technology tools.
  • Flexible hybrid working model.
  • Summer Fridays.
  • Generous pension plan.
