Who You Are:

• A fully licensed therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) in the state of MA
• Open to being part of a collaborative and evolving practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (based on your license and preference)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Create and manage a caseload that supports your preferred schedule and capacity (10-30 clients per week)
• Participate in optional team meetings, peer support, and collaborative opportunities
• Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner
• Contribute ideas, feedback, and insights to help shape the evolving culture and direction of The Dragonfly Path
• Stay current with continuing education and relevant best practices in your clinical work
