About the role
The Warehouse Team Manager will assist the site management team in efficiently and cost-effectively managing warehouse operations. Your role involves ensuring the smooth daily running of warehouse activities and maintaining high service levels for customers.
Responsibilities
You will oversee the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods in accordance with productivity targets and budget constraints, while ensuring a safe working environment through effective team management.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry and an understanding of depot management. Knowledge of transport operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes is also required.
