About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It is a national network with a 1,500-strong workforce, committed to creating a motivating and inclusive workplace that encourages learning and development.

Launched as a new brand concept in 2006, TPS operates on an Agency Model, stocking and selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK, and has experienced rapid growth nationwide.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to meet the business and sales objectives of the Centre:

  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers
  • Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately
  • Utilize product promotions effectively to meet targets
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs and responding promptly
  • Communicate credit status timely
  • Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good relationships and service
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Handle calls and inquiries within KPIs using approved greetings
  • Use systems effectively for searching and ordering parts
  • Complete documentation accurately and promptly
  • Manage transactions in line with TPS Guidelines
What are we looking for?
  • A self-starter with a proven sales record in a B2B environment
  • Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with determination to meet sales targets
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • IT literate, preferably with MS Excel skills
