Swim Manager (Bank)

Farnborough FWC | Fitness | Bank | Ad Hoc

Up to £21.60 per hour, depending on experience

As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for a confident, approachable individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Swim Manager.

About the Role

• Ensure clients, whether beginners or experienced swimmers, have an enjoyable experience in our pool. Bring your passion and enthusiasm for swimming to make every visit memorable.
• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.
• Take full responsibility for swim class programming, including management, governance, and active promotion of the swim classes timetable.
• Drive continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
• Act as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct among all team members.
