Swim Manager (Bank)

Farnborough FWC | Fitness | Bank | Ad Hoc

Up to £21.60 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

• Ensure clients, from beginners to experienced swimmers, have an enjoyable and safe experience at our pool. Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a love for swimming to inspire our clients.
• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.
• Manage and oversee swim class programming, including governance, active selling, and maintaining the swim classes timetable.
• Drive continuous improvement in site standards with internal swim instructors.
• Act as a role model for responsible and professional conduct for all team members.
