Job description

Description

With our recent transition into a primarily digital brand, we're revolutionising the online department store experience. In 2024, we have over 10,000 brands and have expanded into multiple new categories, providing unparalleled opportunities for retailers, brands, and manufacturers to showcase their products to millions of customers through one of the UK's most recognisable brands. The most exciting thing is that we’re just getting started! Join us in shaping the future of fashion, beauty, and home retailing – together, we'll redefine the shopping experience for generations to come.

Your Role

We are looking for an Onboarding and Support Admin Assistant to join our Marketplace team and help us expand our clientele. You will join a growing Community Onboarding and Support function focused on growing and scaling our Partner portfolio across all categories. The team's mission is to make Brand Partners successful on Debenhams and to be the Brand Partner of choice.

Your Team

As an established and much-loved household name, you know all about our high street roots and bricks-and-mortar stores. We've always had a concessionary offering in some form, but now we're looking to the future. We have over 10,000 partners live on our site and are striving for more, aiming to be the number one destination for fashion, beauty, and home. Our growing marketplace proposition plays a crucial role in fulfilling our vision, and we need you.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Work with the Onboarding and Support Manager, Business Development team, and Account Management team to support Partners on the Debenhams Marketplace Community.
  2. Assist with onboarding new Partners on the Mirakl platform using various system integration routes, ensuring a seamless experience, followed by post-integration care to ensure operational smoothness.
  3. Review and process high volumes of product information loaded by Marketplace Sellers.
  4. Provide existing Partners with support on catalogue and technical issues, optimising Partner catalogue information, and ensuring compliance with Debenhams guidelines.
  5. Ensure standards are met for product imagery and copy, including spelling, grammar, and formatting.
  6. Proactively work with Sellers to highlight issues and bring them up to standard.
  7. Support Sellers with product loading queries.
  8. Work with multiple systems to ensure smooth product data transfer and identify issues.
What You Can Bring
  1. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
  2. An analytical problem solver, organised and process-driven, with a passion for operational excellence.
  3. Good communication skills, numeracy, and literacy are essential.
  4. Attention to detail is key, especially when accepting products for the website.
  5. Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  6. Team player, able to collaborate across multiple functions to achieve objectives.
