Regional Property and Critical Engineering department manages the operational delivery of a best-in-class property and engineering management services and products to enhance staff workplace satisfaction and productivity. It ensures a consistently reliable infrastructure 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, effectively supporting a world-leading financial service company's business operations. We provide management oversight and reporting of engineering services for all facilities. We manage and deliver the Pride and Precision mission in everything we do in the regional property and engineering management operations space.

As the EMEA Regional Property and Engineering Head - Global Real Estate – Executive Director in the Regional Property and Critical Engineering department, you will develop short- and long-term property operations management and engineering programs aligned with the Global Real Estate (GRE) global and regional agenda to support business needs, leveraging the latest industry and market trends and innovations.

Job responsibilities

1. Lead and develop teams by building a high-performing group of passionate, role-fit professionals, focusing on talent attraction and retention; ensure cohesive operations across property management, workplace operations, FLS/EHS, and engineering functions.
2. Standardize and implement guidelines by maintaining consistency of global/regional playbooks, standards, and procedures within the region; deliver precision and pride in daily team operations.
3. Promote sustainability by developing programs that support the firm’s green goals, incorporating industry trends and market opportunities; manage sustainability initiatives holistically from site selection to daily operations.
4. Enhance resiliency through strategizing and implementing infrastructure and resource platforms; oversee management of owned and co-located data centers, representing GRE in firm-wide resiliency forums.
5. Facilitate project design and transactions by supporting transaction teams with site selection and technical due diligence; manage design remits for new projects, ensuring alignment with standards and operational requirements.
6. Cultivate client relationships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, including Technology, Security, and Compliance.
7. Ensure safety and compliance by managing FLS and EHS programs according to firm standards and regulatory requirements; conduct audits and represent the firm in governance forums.
8. Oversee Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) by coordinating with D&C PMO to deliver timely and cost-effective services.
9. Control financials and operations by developing and managing property and engineering budgets in coordination with finance and regional management; ensure effective financial reporting and operational analytics to improve costs and performance.
10. Manage vendor partnerships by overseeing relationships, ensuring alignment with objectives, SLAs, and KPIs; collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain strategic partnerships.
11. Support critical engineering by providing oversight and support for engineering leadership in business engagements, reporting, and administration.
