Take a lead in resolving process and functional issues for business users related to the CRM system (MS Dynamics), CGS Student Management System and their integration with other business systems.
Triage and resolve tickets that come into the Application Support ITSM queue, keeping within the SLA’s.
Maintain the quality of IT services and products.
Develop training literature and materials to speed up processes.
Facilitate discussions of requirements among stakeholders and document requirements to provide data-driven recommendations.
Assist with Application Systems Projects.
Report to business leaders and stakeholders.
Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth.
Support the day-to-day functions related to iSAMS, CGS ERP/CRM (MS Dynamics), CGS Student Management System, and other applications.
Assist with Application system updates.
Support the IT service, its underlying infrastructure & users across the business.
Assist with Product Rollover associated with the CRM (MS Dynamics).
Ensure systems documentation (administration, support, diagnostics) is maintained to high standards.
Act as the technical liaison for all CGS Application systems.
Assist with managing external suppliers for Application systems, including specifications, escalations & BAU.
Provide support, design, delivery, implementation, and support to CGS’s IT, meeting deadlines and quality criteria.
Support the specification and implementation of new upgrades and services of CGS applications, including hardware, software, system upgrades, and rollouts, as well as Greenfield implementations.
Collaborate with project teams from various sites to ensure successful project delivery.
Work closely with the Infrastructure and Applications Manager on technical queries.
Support system integrations, migrations, and performance optimizations.
Foster technical capability and information dissemination within the technology group.
Train and mentor BAU IT staff.
Contribute to the Group’s IT strategy and future planning.
Demonstrable Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (on-premise 2016, D365, Business Central), iSAMS or education MIS, and strong communication skills.
Essential Requirements
3+ years’ experience with iSAMS or an education Student Management System, customer service skills, proficiency in IT Applications & Systems, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with SQL Server, cloud solutions like Azure or Office 365, and previous education sector exposure.
