About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Administrator to join our customer care team. The successful candidate will help deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction within a passionate and developing team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The role involves proactive personal interaction with internal and external customers, supporting our Customer Charter. You will work as part of the team to ensure accurate and effective customer service across all functions, always maintaining professionalism and courtesy.

  1. Oversee handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Collaborate with sales, operations, and service support to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
