We're Hiring: Customer Success Director - Retail & Luxury Clients for a global marketing technology company combining AI, data, and omnichannel platforms to help brands grow smarter and connect with customers more effectively.
This is a brilliant role for someone who's worked closely with
email service providers (ESPs) and
customer data platforms (CDPs)-someone who knows how to turn customer data into meaningful marketing outcomes.
You'll need:- 7+ years in a senior digital marketing or CRM position
- Proven experience using ESPs and CDPs in a retail or ecommerce setting
- A track record of managing large client accounts and growing revenue
- A clear understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy
- Confident communication skills with senior-level stakeholders
- Comfortable leading delivery across cross-functional teams
The role:- Leading client relationships and campaign delivery
- Collaborating with strategy, tech, and data leads
- Shaping marketing and CRM programmes across digital channels
- Driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Based in London, with regular hybrid working at client and team offices
