The role:

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading food company in a business-critical role.
• The successful individual will be responsible for driving brand presence across key retailers, both within the UK and globally.
• Utilise insights to understand consumer motivations and develop actionable plans to drive growth.
• Increase brand visibility, market share, and ultimately sales.
• Develop and execute activation plans across multiple channels and monitor success for future campaigns.
• Work with international distributors, supporting them in understanding UK plans and localising for international markets.
• Role sits in the Commercial team, so should demonstrate experience working cross-functionally (partnering with sales, category, and finance).
• Minimum 3 years experience within Customer Marketing, preferably in FMCG (food preferred).
• Experience in global business or direct international experience is crucial.
• Proven success in driving brand growth and visibility across multiple channels (not solely Grocery).
• Be commercial and creative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-player who thrives working with passionate colleagues.
• Passionate about food!
