Job Opening: Learning & Access Curator at Glasgow Life

Glasgow Life is seeking a part-time Learning & Access Curator for a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2027.

Salary: £34,877.18 - £40,497.04 per year (pro rata)

Hours: 28 hours per week

About the Role

You will join our in-demand Museums service, supporting learning, access, and engagement with museum collections. Our museums, including The Burrell Collection and Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, are free for all to access. We are committed to making our collections accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop interpretation, learning programmes, and events
  • Create volunteer opportunities and foster partnerships
  • Support audience research and advocacy
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of displays, services, and programmes
