Join Our Team as a Customer Service Apprentice

Become part of our friendly and hardworking family at BSS Leeds as a Customer Service Apprentice. In this role, you'll be on the front line, engaging with customers who visit our shop. As a vital member of the branch team, you'll contribute to our ongoing success by providing first-class service.

What Will I Be Doing?

1. Delivering high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly, building strong relationships with our customers.
2. Processing customer orders, answering phones, managing stock, and facing shelves inside the branch.
3. Handling supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch.
4. Receiving full training on our systems, with a dedicated coach supporting your development over the first 12 months.
5. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring safety standards are upheld.

This role is based in our BSS Leeds branch, where you'll join a growing team that supports each other during busy periods. Led by experienced manager Lisa, this is an excellent place to start your career with us.

About the Company

My name is Natalie, part of the Recruitment Team at Travis Perkins. I started my career in a local branch and progressed to become a Branch Supervisor. We support our team with comprehensive training and development programs, including a Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification over 12 months. All training is on-the-job, and work-life balance is valued, with no out-of-hours work required.
