What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will primarily be to assist our wide range of customers to offer products and services that meet their requirements. You would be expected to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service whilst demonstrating a calm, polite, and confident telephone manner and adhering to all company procedures.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This role includes % off the job training spent with our own internal Talent Development Team studying towards a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship standard. Training will take place at your usual office location, with regular scheduled time each week for learning activities.
Your training will be delivered in a blended format, including face-to-face workshops, webinars, practical activities, and opportunities to practice new skills with your trainer.
Additionally, you will undertake a series of Personal Effectiveness courses over the -month period, including project management skills and career mapping to support your personal and professional development goals.
You will also own a high-profile business project to showcase your knowledge and skills.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Our apprenticeship programme supports talent development. During the programme, you will participate in a “Department Passport” initiative to broaden your experience across multiple teams. After graduation, there are opportunities to join the group permanently and develop your career through our “Pathways” plans.
