Job Description

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Manager responsible for leading, developing, and growing the New Business Sales team. As part of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director, you will support growth plans, drive team success, and collaborate across our Group Companies to leverage our business model and access warm leads. Your leadership will shape the direction of the team and impact the business positively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage the commercial insurance sales team (new business)
• Contribute to and manage sales targets
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
• Collaborate with marketing to build a strong brand
• Support, train, and mentor team members
• Produce MI reports to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, lead generation, and deal size
• Identify income generation and growth opportunities
