Join Field Sales Solutions & Ferrero as our National Field Sales Manager (UK Grocery)

Location: UK (National Coverage)

Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take ownership of one of the most exciting field operations in UK FMCG? Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing agency are looking for a high-performing National Field Sales Manager to drive success across our UK Grocery retail channels.

What You'll Do:

As National Field Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Controllers, each managing their own high-performing regional teams to contribute to Ferrero's presence in UK grocery outlets by increasing visibility, driving sales, and ensuring our products are front-of-mind - and front-of-shelf.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving growth, visibility, and ROI across grocery retail channels
  • Leading, training, and motivating a large national field team
  • Aligning strategies with Ferrero’s core commercial objectives
  • Managing budgets and delivering outstanding client value
  • Overseeing performance, development, and talent retention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction and deliver on KPIs and ROI goals
  • Coach and develop team leaders with ongoing field support and reviews
  • Oversee field operations and ensure consistent execution at store level
  • Analyse performance data and make strategic recommendations
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier talent
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in FMCG field sales, ideally within the grocery sector
  • A natural leader with experience managing large, multi-level sales teams
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Commercially savvy and passionate about developing people
  • Comfortable working at pace, with a results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel nationally and stay away when required
