Job description

My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK, specializing in luxury housing developments. They are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team at a flagship development in Northampton.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment history and possess excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and face-to-face. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are encouraged to apply.

Day-to-day duties include:

1. Dealing with customers face-to-face, via phone, and email
2. Booking initial appointments and conducting property viewings within the development
3. Traveling to various developments in the area
4. Conducting property viewings
5. Following up with customers after inquiries or viewings
6. Closing sales
7. Maintaining show homes and marketing suites
8. Communicating with customers from reservation to completion
9. Providing aftercare services
