Sales Negotiator - 5* Housebuilder

Up to £38,000 plus £60,000 OTE

Are you ready to step into a new sales role with a 5* housebuilder?*

Our client, a prestigious and high-end developer, is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join their thriving site near Derby. This is a permanent, on-site role based in a busy and fast-paced sales and marketing suite.

This dynamic and growing company offers a supportive yet high-performing environment—ideal for driven individuals!

The focus of this role is lead generation and, most importantly, closing sales. You’ll need to be highly motivated and sales-focused, with a proven ability to convert enquiries into completions.

The package includes a basic salary of up to £38,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000

You must be flexible to work weekends, with your regular days off being Tuesday and Wednesday.

To be considered, you must have previous new homes sales experience—ideally with a housebuilder or developer—and be within an hour’s commute of the site.

Drawing on your background as a Sales Negotiator, you'll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion, always delivering a 5* service. You’ll report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers on site
• Registering customer details and identifying their requirements
• Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
• Guiding customers through the full sales process
• Ensuring the marketing suite is always showroom ready
