Job Description:

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Moseley - up to £25k basic plus commission

My client is a leading, independent multi-branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand with an impressive and successful history. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in Moseley, Birmingham.

Responsibilities include:

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Organizing market appraisals
  • Providing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers
  • Selling additional services such as financial services and conveyancing
  • Maintaining a professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full driving license and access to a car (business mileage paid)

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with alternate Saturdays and a day off in lieu.
