The Role:
- Identify, contact, and engage potential clients across various sectors.
- Introduce prospects to the company's offerings and secure meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Proactively source and generate new business leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting tools.
- Book qualified appointments for the field sales team across various industries.
- Follow up on warm leads, marketing campaigns, and lapsed accounts.
- Research and target key decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and HR.
- Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly appointment/lead targets.
- Update CRM with accurate client and prospect information.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team for smooth handovers and consistent client experience.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and motivated by targets.
- Excellent communication skills: confident and engaging on the phone and via email.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Organised, resilient, and self-motivated.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is a bonus but not essential.
