Sales Development Rep
London (Hybrid or Office-Based)
GBP28,000-GBP33,000, plus Commission (Apply online only)
Full-Time, Permanent

The Role:
  1. Identify, contact, and engage potential clients across various sectors.
  2. Introduce prospects to the company's offerings and secure meetings for Business Development Managers.
  3. Proactively source and generate new business leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting tools.
  4. Book qualified appointments for the field sales team across various industries.
  5. Follow up on warm leads, marketing campaigns, and lapsed accounts.
  6. Research and target key decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and HR.
  7. Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly appointment/lead targets.
  8. Update CRM with accurate client and prospect information.
  9. Collaborate closely with the field sales team for smooth handovers and consistent client experience.
The Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  2. Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and motivated by targets.
  3. Excellent communication skills: confident and engaging on the phone and via email.
  4. Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  5. Organised, resilient, and self-motivated.
  6. Experience in the promotional products industry is a bonus but not essential.
