What will you be doing?

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job adverts, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
2. Providing first-line advice to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
3. Managing employee relation issues; disciplinaries & absence management
4. Supporting health and safety compliance
5. Maintaining up-to-date HR policies

Where will you be doing it?

Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years. They specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service, and spares.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience within a similar HR role
• Ideally within FM or an engineering environment
• CIPD Level 3 or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems
