Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job adverts, interview coordination, and onboarding
2. Providing first-line advice to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
3. Managing employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and absence management
4. Supporting health and safety compliance
5. Maintaining up-to-date HR policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
