HR Officer – North Manchester

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious HR professional to make a real impact! You'll be joining a dynamic HR team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to key projects, and help drive continuous improvement.

You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, playing a vital role in supporting managers and employees alike. Using a coaching approach, you’ll guide and advise managers on HR processes, helping to upskill their capabilities and identify training needs. From employee relations to performance reviews, grievances, and absence management – you’ll ensure best practices are followed while bringing fresh ideas to enhance policies and processes.

What we’re looking for:

HR experience as a HR Officer or HR Advisor (HR Assistants ready for the next step are welcome to apply!)

Confidence to build strong relationships while also challenging when needed

A resilient, proactive approach – ideally with experience in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment
