Our client, a National Facilities Management Service Provider are currently on the search for a Facilities Account Manager to work on a high end corporate contract based in the center of Manchester. The role will be a key cog in the 5 Service Delivery across the state of the art office building.
The Facilities Account Manager will provide exceptional relationship management with the client, implement efficiency improvements, ensuring operational compliance whilst motivating a team of facilities staff.
This is a permanent, single site role in center of Manchester paying a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 that would be ideal for a Senior Facilities Manager, Operations Manager or Contracts Manager.
