Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

Location: Central London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, 90% Remote, £50,000 to £55,000 Base + 15% to 20% Bonus, + Excellent Benefits.

A leading international Hotel Brand headquartered in Central London offers a 90% remote working opportunity for an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3 large hotels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce daily and monthly rooms forecast with 3-5% accuracy for review at local and group levels.
  2. Oversee detailed weekly M&E forecasts for review at local and group levels.
  3. Develop detailed daily budget plans for the year.
  4. Review hotel pricing daily in relation to competitors, demand, and other factors.
  5. Ensure the hotel maintains and improves RGI % change above local competitors.
  6. Develop, implement, and execute strategic action plans to enhance revenue performance.
  7. Drive incremental revenue across all streams.
  8. Manage rate strategies.
  9. Manage people and relationships.
  10. Manage system operations.
