We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager from a B2B product based background to manage a team of sales account managers in the B2B and Trade Account team. This is a first-hand B2B sales account manager role and a team manager position in one, leading from the front and responsible for wholesale trade account customers as well as a team of three sales account managers.
You ll be working in a well known and established business that supplies into wholesale and retail clients. This role is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.
