We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our fantastic company!

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate people delivering unrivalled results and ROI for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

1. Visiting the top 4 grocery retailers, working to a defined call file, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to be recognized as adding value to the store.
2. Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution, maximize availability, and gain extra space for various brands to boost sales.
3. Identifying problems, opportunities, and gathering competitor intelligence in-store as the eyes and ears of Tactical Solutions and its clients.
4. Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective calls within every sales outlet.
5. Accurately recording all information on our bespoke tablets using the latest Drive software system.
