FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment in seeking a Engineering Sales Team Manager, working for an international business. This is a permanent position with a salary of up to £65,000, based in South Derbyshire.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing the engineering sales team.
2. Developing sales strategies within the engineering/rail/manufacturing sectors.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, and finishing early on Fridays.
