Role Overview

This is a newly created role due to business demand. It offers a varied and exciting opportunity to work closely with the sales manager, handling incoming sales enquiries and overseeing the onboarding of new clients until their first order is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing Customer Accounts: Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  2. Sales Planning: Collaborating with the sales manager to develop and monitor sales strategies.
  3. Meeting Participation: Preparing for and attending meetings with the sales team.
  4. Product Presentations: Demonstrating products online or in person.
  5. Sales Administration: Managing sales emails, logging leads, and tracking actions.
  6. Market Research: Gathering information on product innovations and competitors.

You will actively manage all incoming leads, determine necessary actions, and handle associated administration and diary management.
