Role Overview

As we grow and enhance our learning offerings, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Digital Content Creator to join our team.

We seek a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual to support our digital learning initiatives. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining engaging content, managing learner support channels, and helping our users get the best experience from our products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in digital learning and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop and update digital education content including video tutorials, guides, and microlearning modules. Translate product updates into engaging learning content. Ensure high standards and consistency in all educational materials.
  2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Keep the system updated with current learning paths and materials. Maintain Help Centre articles reflecting the latest product functionality. Collaborate with product and support teams to identify knowledge gaps and update documentation. Monitor and manage email enquiries, providing timely responses or escalation.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend internal meetings with Product, Support, and Marketing teams. Collaborate to ensure learning content aligns with product goals and user needs.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Comfortable learning new software tools and platforms, especially LMS systems (Thrive).
  • Effective time and priority management across multiple projects.
  • Keen interest in education, digital learning, and product development.
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Previous experience in content or digital learning roles.
  • Knowledge of UX writing or instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
