ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a sharp, socially-savvy Video Content Creator to join the New Business and Marketing team at VCCP. This is a role for a natural storyteller with an eye for visual detail, who knows how to make content that feels right for the platform, not just the brand.

You’ll plan, shoot, edit and deliver native content for VCCP’s owned channels - including LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll have a deep understanding of what works where, and why - bringing each channel to life with bespoke creative that reflects the voice and personality

of VCCP.

You’ll be just as comfortable shooting quick-turn, reactive content on your phone as you are editing polished short-form films. You’ll spot cultural moments worth jumping on, experiment with format and tone, and always bring a high level of craft - even when moving fast.

You’ll also collaborate with agencies across the global VCCP family to raise the bar on internal content, ensuring we show up consistently as one creative network.

**Please note: this is not a client-facing creative role. You’ll be part of the New Business department, creating content that promotes VCCP and our partner companies.**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Content Ideation & Creation: Conceptualise original, engaging video ideas and bring them to life from scratch. Produce high-quality content for multiple platforms with a strong focus on production value and creativity.
• Editing & Crafting: Edit content from pre-shot footage, ensuring it’s native to each platform and crafted to capture audience attention.
• Event Capture: Film and edit thought leadership events for LinkedIn, ensuring the final content is tailored for the platform’s unique format.
• Social Media Management: Curate, produce and post content for social media, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and engagement goals.
• Behind-The-Scenes: Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots where needed, liaising with producers to collect footage that showcases campaign creation. Manage schedules effectively, working closely with account teams to ensure priorities are met.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple projects, from ideation through to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and creative objectives are achieved.
• Adhering to Brand Guidelines: Ensure content consistently reflects VCCP’s brand image, maintaining visual and tonal consistency across all platforms through templates, stickers, filters, etc.
• Briefing: Collaborate with internal and external teams, briefing on video and written content creation, offering creative input and aligning on project requirements.
• Optimisation & Analysis: Monitor the performance of content, analysing engagement and providing insights to optimise future efforts.
• Video Reels: Develop dynamic agency reels for New Business pitches, prospecting, and proactive initiatives.
• Awards: Create high-quality case study films to support VCCP’s submissions for prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD and Creative Circle.
• Internal Comms: Support internal communications when needed, producing engaging content for internal use.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• In video content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong skills in videography, editing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software (including Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro), with a deep understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in developing and executing bold, disruptive ideas that stand out on social media.
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams - across account management, planning, creative, and production - ensuring ideas are clearly communicated and integrated into overall strategies.
• Ability to track and analyse performance data across platforms, understanding which content resonates and using insights to optimise future work for maximum engagement.
• Meticulous attention to detail - from content quality to grammar and spelling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas and receive feedback effectively.
• Creative mindset, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging video content tailored to the unique format and audience of each platform.
• Understanding of social media analytics and tools to measure content performance and optimise strategy.
