THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who can develop scroll-stopping videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll create concepts, write scripts, shoot and edit content for a variety of clients, from physical products to digital-only apps. This role is for creators who are obsessed with storytelling, confident behind the camera, and know how to turn ideas into content that drives real results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create impactful ads – Deeply understand each client's brand identity and objectives to develop content that resonates with their target audience across social platforms. Deliver high-quality, on-brand, and engaging UGC, and optimize it based on performance.
• Concept and script development – Generate creative ideas and scripts for various formats, including direct-to-camera videos where the creator speaks directly to the audience, as well as b-roll only videos that rely on supporting footage like product shots and lifestyle clips. Ensure each piece aligns with the client's brand and message.
• Pre-approved strategy execution – Create pre-approved strategies or scripted concepts, ensuring the final content stays on-brand and aligned with the client's goals.
• Performance-driven content – Research and understand past content performance to guide creative direction and optimize future videos.
• Stay ahead of trends – Keep up with the latest social media trends and platform best practices to stay competitive and innovative.
• Adapt to client needs – Work effectively with b-rolls from existing assets for clients and shoot new footage, creating content that fits different brand voices and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in shooting. Must have an understanding of cameras, know how to shoot with strong composition, and be able to film with storytelling in mind and an understanding of basic lighting.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Understanding of content performance and analytics.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow and leverage trends in video content to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Knowledge editing platforms such as Adobe Premier or FCP.
• Expertise in editing using sound fx, basic motion graphic and basic color grading skills.
