Social Media Content Creator (Monthly Support Role)

Social Media Content Creator (Monthly Support Role)

We’re looking for an experienced social media content creator to support with monthly marketing activity across multiple client accounts. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident with both creative and strategic tasks – from planning content to creating visuals, writing captions, and scheduling posts.

You’ll work closely with our team to execute content plans that are aligned with each client’s brand strategy. Attention to detail, a good eye for design, and a proactive approach to timelines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly content calendars in line with client strategy
• Create on-brand visuals using Canva
• Edit short-form videos for Reels/TikToks
• Write engaging captions to accompany content
• Schedule posts across platforms (using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
• Support with engagement where needed (liking, commenting, etc.)
• Provide basic monthly performance reports

Required Skills:

• Social media scheduling tools
• Strong written communication for captions
• Basic reporting using platform insights
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Bonus: Previous agency experience or working across multiple brands

How It Works:

Each month follows a 4-step process for each client:

• Content Planning: Develop a monthly calendar based on client strategy
• Design: Create visuals in Canva to match the planned posts
• Copywriting: Write captions to bring the content to life
• Scheduling: Upload and schedule posts across relevant platforms

Time Commitment:

Part-time, project-based each month. Potential for ongoing or increased work based on performance.
