As a Content and Social Media Manager in our Marketing Team, you will oversee the creation and management of content strategies that resonate with our target audiences. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand identity.
  2. Manage the monthly social media calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas.
  3. Explore new channels and tools to boost engagement and efficiency.
  4. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media and digital platforms.
  5. Monitor and analyze social media performance, optimizing strategies for improved results.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  7. Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  8. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in a social media marketing role, preferably within investment or financial services.
  • Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
