Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Job Overview:

As a Content Creator / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing channel-specific content for our social channels and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic. You will work closely with our team to understand goals and create compelling content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, channel-specific content for our social channels, focusing on ‘Lo-Fi High Impact Video Content’ across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify TikTok/Instagram trends and collaborate with fashion bloggers and influencers to drive account growth.
• Shoot fast-paced, dynamic video content including posts, videos, and graphics tailored to our target audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure social-first content, build trend reports, and stay updated on industry and social trends.
• Develop original content ideas using new techniques to creatively present products, inspiring our audiences to purchase.
• Analyze social content performance in collaboration with the team and contribute to weekly, monthly, and campaign reports.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage email marketing calendars and campaigns.
