ARNE - Merchandising Admin Assistant

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. Recently, we expanded our availability through Selfridges, both in-store and online.

With ambitious objectives over the next decade, our team aims to launch new product categories in shoes and womenswear, enhance paid media, CRM activities, and expand internationally to amplify our strong brand assets.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you will support the Product team in maximizing sales through effective stock management. We seek a driven, enthusiastic individual with an analytical mindset and a love for Excel. If you're creative, detail-oriented, passionate about fashion, and eager to join us, please apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Create and amend all purchase orders
  • Update Critical Path documents with accurate prices, cost prices, and retail prices
  • Liaise weekly with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and communicate changes to the team
  • Assist in Monday trade sales analysis through report generation
  • Maintain weekly trackers and perform size ratio analyses to optimize orders and restocks
  • Send barcodes to suppliers
  • Support the Merchandiser with Excel reporting, data entry, analysis, and general admin tasks
  • Update line cards to assist in managing 'Core' product stock and sales forecasts
  • Communicate delivery dates of launch products to the wider business
  • Monitor customer preferences and sales performance of fast and slow sellers
  • Undertake competitor analysis
About You
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and numerical aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management
  • Previous merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential
