Job Description:

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. We have recently expanded and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.

We aim to launch new product categories in shoes and womenswear, alongside creating paid media, CRM activities, and expanding internationally to build on our strong brand assets.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you will support the Product team in maximizing sales through effective stock management. We seek a driven, enthusiastic individual with an analytical background and love for Excel. If you’re interested in joining our exciting journey, please apply today!

Responsibilities as a Merchandising Admin Assistant:
  1. Create and amend purchase orders.
  2. Add POs to Critical Path document, ensuring accuracy of prices, cost prices, and retail prices.
  3. Liaise with suppliers weekly to ensure timely deliveries and communicate changes to the team.
  4. Assist in Monday trade sales analysis through report generation.
  5. Update weekly trackers.
  6. Conduct size ratio analysis to optimize new orders and restocks.
  7. Send barcodes to suppliers.
  8. Support the Merchandiser with Excel reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  9. Update line cards to assist in managing stock and sales forecasts for ‘Core’ products.
  10. Communicate delivery dates for launch products.
  11. Monitor customer preferences and sales speed.
  12. Undertake competitor analysis.
About You:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and numerical aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage your own time efficiently.
  • Previous merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential.
