Job description

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and then ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. We have recently expanded and are now also available through Selfridges, both in store and online.

We have ambitious objectives for the next decade, including new product category launches in shoes and womenswear, alongside paid media campaigns, CRM activities, and further international growth to enhance our existing strong brand assets.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you will support the Product team in maximizing sales through effective stock management. What you’ll be responsible for as a Merchandising Admin Assistant:
  1. Creating and amending all purchase orders
  2. Adding POs to the Critical Path document and verifying prices, cost prices, and retail prices
  3. Liaising with suppliers weekly to ensure timely deliveries and communicating changes to the wider team
  4. Assisting in Monday trade sales analysis through report generation and documentation
  5. Updating weekly trackers
  6. Conducting size ratio analysis to optimize new orders and restocking
  7. Sending barcodes to suppliers
  8. Supporting the Merchandiser with Excel reporting, data entry, analysis, and administrative duties
  9. Updating line cards to assist in managing 'Core' product stock and sales forecasts
  10. Communicating launch product delivery dates to the business
  11. Monitoring customer preferences and sales performance of fast and slow sellers
  12. Undertaking competitor analysis
About You
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and numerical proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-management and time management skills
  • Experience in Merchandising is a plus but not essential
